In “We’re still here “project for disabled people and in partnership with, Zahret Al-Quds in Al-Eizariya and As-Samu Municipality Civil Center in As-Samu, TAM held two workshops with the presence of parents, volunteers, representatives of civil societies and a representative from the municipalities. In Al-Eizariya, Mohammad Al-Khateeb the municipality vice president presented. In As-Samu, the municipality member Jihad Al-Ratrwt came. Spots about adolescence and sexual molestation against disabled people were showed. Those presentations were discussed with the participants, disabled families and civil society volunteers. Through the discussion they abstracted some key points and they are the following: The families must protect their sons, give them love and care. Aware them in all subjects especially preventing violating their bodies and bringing them to anyplace without their families knowledge.

In addition, the families assured that their disabled sons and daughters are objected through verbal abuse or physical abuse or sexual abuse by others. This needs awareness for people in the society to teach them how to deal with disabled people and accepting them in society, because they have rights.
