TAM Structural Organization
TAM general assembly is consisted of twenty-seven members of both sexes and they are a group of female leaders who got a powerful societal attendance, privileges and excellence in the political, social and media fields at the Palestinian level. The Board of Directors of TAM is consisted of seven members (five women and two men) from different areas of the West Bank with an extensive experience in the field of media and community work. The board of Directors should be elected every two years in accordance to TAM internal rules and procedures. The board of directors should meet, at least, for one time every three months and/or upon necessity. The Board of Directors has also a profound faith with TAM message and vision and they are contributing voluntarily in most of TAM activities as well as the members of the Board of Directors are functioning as branches and brooks of this association in their residential areas.
